Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Marketing professional for a full-time, on-site role in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. This role involves conducting market research, supporting marketing strategy efforts, assisting with sales initiatives, and collaborating closely with the customer service team to enhance client satisfaction. The Junior Marketing professional will play a critical role in connecting our services to the needs of target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Market Research and Marketing Strategy expertise for analyzing trends and developing actionable plans
  • Sales acumen to support business growth and execute marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in marketing or a related role is a plus
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is advantageous
