SawitPRO is expanding across Sumatra & Kalimantan, and we're looking for an AVP Experience to help shape the future of Indonesia's palm-oil ecosystem.

This senior role partners directly with VP Experience and leads two key teams—B2B Commercial and Business Intelligence—to integrate our two major businesses: FFB Supply & Agri-Input Sales.

You'll drive strategy, customer experience, growth, and data-driven decision-making across multiple provinces, while building a unified commercial engine that impacts thousands of smallholders and dozens of mills.

The AVP Experience will:


• Architect the customer strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle value.


• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior leadership to hit commercial and human-capital KPIs.


• Scale B2B growth channels, new business models, partner ecosystems, and gamified engagement levers.


• Drive Data-Driven Decisions (DDD) organisation-wide with strong BI integration.


• Own performance management across GMV, revenue, FFB volume, and customer growth.

We're seeking a leader with 15+ years experience in business, commercial, CX, or digital growth—ideally with exposure to Agri/FMCG/FinTech in rural markets. Someone analytical, bold, human-centred, and passionate about advancing Indonesia's agricultural future.
