We are seeking an experienced
.NET Developer
with a strong background in retail technology and enterprise integrations. This role will be placed onsite at a major retail client in Central Jakarta under a contract arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy .NET applications and microservices supporting core retail operations.
  • Build and maintain integrations using
    Kafka
    ,
    REST APIs
    , and middleware components.
  • Collaborate with Product, POS, Merchandising, Warehouse, and ERP teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Enhance system performance and ensure stability during busy retail periods.
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Troubleshoot production issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Create clear technical documentation, data flows, and integration specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in Full Stack development using
    .NET Core / .NET 6+
    ,
    C#
    , and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
  • Strong expertise in
    Kafka
    (producers, consumers, topics, partitions, schema registry).
  • Proven experience designing and integrating
    RESTful APIs
    with enterprise systems.
  • Mandatory
    experience with retail technology (POS, inventory, warehousing, or ERP).
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) and caching frameworks.
  • Experience developing scalable, distributed systems capable of handling peak traffic.
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
