Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Accounting Operations
  • Record daily sales from restaurant/POS and villa operations.
  • Verify guest bills, invoices, payment methods, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash and cash float.
  • Check daily cash deposits and match with system reports.
2. Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Verify supplier invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
  • Check correctness of pricing, quantities & approvals.
  • Enter AP invoices into the accounting system.
  • Prepare payment schedules for suppliers.
3. Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Monitor outstanding payments from OTAs, direct bookings, events, and F&B.
  • Reconcile OTA payouts , Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).
  • Follow up on overdue receivables professionally.
4. Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor daily usage of inventory (F&B, housekeeping, minibar, amenities).
  • Assist with monthly stock-taking of restaurant, bar, kitchen, and housekeeping.
  • Prepare cost variance reports and investigate irregularities.
  • Work closely with Chef and Purchasing to control food cost and wastage.
5. Purchasing & Procurement Support
  • Check PR, PO, and delivery against invoices.
  • Ensure proper approval workflows are followed.
  • Maintain updated price lists and supplier contacts.
6. Payroll & Service Charge Support
  • Assist HR/manager with attendance verification.
  • Prepare monthly service charge allocation.
  • Support with overtime, leave calculations, and allowances.
7. Reporting
  • Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements.
  • Prepare weekly expense reports, cash flow summaries, and spending trackers.
  • Support audit requirements and document organization.
8. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, contracts, and financial documents.
  • Follow accounting SOPs and hotel standard procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems, OTA payment cycles, and F&B operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
