Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Shop Staff position located at the Deus Temple of Enthusiasm in Denpasar, Bali. The Shop Staff member will assist customers by providing exceptional service, managing inventory, and maintaining the retail area's appearance. Responsibilities include offering product recommendations, organizing and restocking merchandise, assisting with sales transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment that reflects the unique culture of Deus Ex Machina.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including engaging with diverse clientele and handling inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Retail skills, such as merchandising, inventory management, and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a positive and approachable demeanor
  • Knowledge or interest in motorcycles, surf culture, art, or lifestyle products is highly advantageous
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred
