Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems
    , or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience
    in the Telco industry (Operator, System Integrator, or Vendor).
  • Mandatory: Fluent in Mandarin and English
    , both written and spoken.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on exposure to:
  • BSS / OSS Systems
  • Telco Billing & Charging
  • 4G / 5G Core Network Architecture
  • Cloud Computing and API Integration
  • NFV / SDN (added advantage)
  • Proven experience in
    solution design, presales support, and requirement analysis
    .
  • Strong customer-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibility

  • Drive customer acquisition through a consultative, solution-based approach in the Telco market.
  • Engage customers to understand business and technical needs, translating them into end-to-end Telco solutions.
  • Develop and present solution proposals, including solution architecture, technical documentation, and BoQ.
  • Lead customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations (including PoC).
  • Support tender and bidding processes by preparing technical documentation and handling clarifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Presales, Project Delivery) to ensure solutions align with business and technical objectives.

Working Arrangement

  • Full Work From Office (WFO)

  • 6-month contract, followed by permanent employment
