Job Description Summary :

The SAP Basis Analyst performs the role of maintaining the day to day operations of the SAP Environment (Monitoring, Configuring, tuning, troubleshooting, upgrade, transports).

Job Description :

  • Monitors the availability of all SAP instances and application servers to ensure all SAP systems runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security)

  • Review operating system logs, system logs, and error logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.

  • Develop and maintain continual improvement plans 

  • Checks the status and load of SAP work processes to identify performance bottlenecks

  • Monitoring and executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline

  • Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services

  • Responsible for project administration, execution and production of project documentation/plans

  • Monitor and manage background jobs, ensuring they run as scheduled and troubleshoot any issues

  • Acknowledgement / Cleaning of alert logs

  • Cleaning/ archiving of transport logs/ import queues

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent

  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as SAP Basis

  • Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta

  • Preferred Experience: SAP Fiori, SAP RISE and S/4 HANA
