As Director of Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing, branding, and communication strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali.

Qualifications
This position is only for Indonesian.

  • Energetic and optimistic mindset that motivates the team and embraces challenges.
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing communications, especially in hospitality or luxury travel, with experience in leadership roles.
  • Skilled in creating and implementing effective marketing strategies across digital channels and social media.
  • Strong ability to express ideas clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, and to build relationships. Capable of communicating each brand differently to highlight their unique values.
  • Capable of analyzing market data to create innovative marketing campaigns that connect with luxury travelers.
  • Understanding of local cultural dynamics to tailor communications, plus flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
