The Construction Supervisor is responsible for the daily management and supervision of construction projects on-site, ensuring that progress, quality, and safety meet company standards.

This position plays a vital role in project execution and requires extensive construction experience, strong team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and direct on-site construction activities according to drawings and project plans.
  • Supervise construction progress, material usage, and workmanship quality.
  • Ensure that the construction site complies with safety and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate communication between contractors, workers, supervisors, and project managers.
  • Maintain daily construction records and submit progress reports.
  • Assist the project manager in cost control and material accounting.
  • Participate in construction inspections and address any issues or deficiencies.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 3 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
