: A leading IT consulting firm delivering a national digital-service modernization program for a government institution.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and identify issues within application systems, driving clear root-cause understanding.
  • Provide actionable recommendations and resolution plans for application system incidents.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal technical teams to progress and close tasks logged through Jira.
  • Translate business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications for development teams.
  • Lead end-to-end system testing and validate enhancements or fixes to ensure quality, stability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Analyst or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience delivering or supporting government-related or BUMN projects.
  • Minimum D4/S1 degree in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • BNSP System Analyst Certification (mandatory for compliance).
  • Strong proficiency with Jira for task, incident, and change tracking.
  • Familiarity with regulatory or customs-related systems such as DJBC.

Working Arrangement

Onsite placement in Jakarta with full-time project assignment.

Employment Term

12-month contract linked to the government project timeline.
