Dev Ops Engineer

At PT Minergo Visi Maxima, we design and operate advanced digital ecosystems that connect technology, data, and mining operations.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our hybrid infrastructure — combining on-premise systems with cloud environments to support Minergo's IoT, data streaming, and AI-driven platforms.

You'll work collaboratively with development, R&D, and QA teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines, reliable deployments, and high system availability across distributed environments.

• Design, build, and maintain on-premise infrastructure based on Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes (bare-metal or VM).
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions for automation and deployment.
• Oversee resource provisioning for clusters — including nodes, storage, and network segmentation.
• Deploy and maintain data streaming systems such as MQTT (EMQX/Mosquitto), Redis, and Kafka.
• Implement monitoring & observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki / ELK).
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and system performance tuning.
• Implement backup & disaster recovery strategies (hybrid on-prem + cloud).
• Maintain security configurations — firewalls, reverse proxy (Nginx/HAProxy), TLS/SSL, and secret management.
• Collaborate with Project, R&D, and QA teams for deployment planning and continuous improvement.
• Document system design, configurations, and operational SOPs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of Linux server administration (Ubuntu/CentOS) and network fundamentals (routing, DNS, VLAN, firewall).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration in local environments.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of MQTT, Redis, and Kafka for real-time and streaming systems.
• Familiar with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience in system monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK.
• Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Experience deploying Kubernetes bare-metal clusters without cloud providers.
• Familiar with GitOps (ArgoCD), Helm, and CI/CD orchestration.
• Understanding of network topology, load balancing, and reverse proxy design.
• Experience in hybrid architecture (on-premise + cloud disaster recovery).
• AWS / Azure / GCP familiarity for backup or failover operations.
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA/CKAD) is a plus.
