We're hiring: Investment Associate (Execution-Focused)

We're growing our team and looking for an Investment Associate
to support live investment mandates at a private investment office.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position for someone who genuinely enjoys
structure, process, and execution excellence

What you'll be doing

  • Keeping execution on track across active mandates
  • Coordinating due diligence workstreams and external advisors
  • Organizing datarooms, documents, trackers, and timelines
  • Making sure follow-ups actually happen and nothing falls through the cracks
  • Supporting our Financial Analyst with
    focused, factual research
    (benchmarks, comps, market data)

This role is a great fit if you

  • Are detail-obsessed and process-driven
  • Prefer execution over opinions
  • Are reliable, low-ego, and comfortable supporting complex projects
  • Come from consulting, PMO, Big 4 advisory, or operations in real estate, infrastructure, energy, or similar fields

This role is probably not for you if

  • You're looking for a senior, director, or strategy position
  • You want a sales, BD, or fundraising role
  • You prefer high-level thinking over hands-on execution
