Role Description

This is an on-site Sales Manager role, based in Jakarta, Indonesia, within the Industrial & Logistics sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing sales process with local distributors to achieve revenue goals. You will represent Pudu Robotics in engaging with key industry stakeholders, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing market insights. This is a contract position, requiring someone with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in sales management.

Qualifications

  • Based in Indonesia, with the legal ability to work locally.
  • Must be Fluent in either English or Chinese (Mandarin)
  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation, logistics, robotics, AGV/AMR, material

handling equipment, or similar B2B solutions.

  • Existing customer network in industrial / logistics sectors is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable in a fast-growing tech environment.
