Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Store Manager Playground will oversee the daily operations of the playground store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. Key responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, achieving sales goals, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role requires a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, staff, and management.
  • Experience in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to oversee store operations and safeguard assets.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges or issues proactively.
  • Relevant experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
