We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and reliable Front Office Representative to join our team. This role will work closely with our Camp Managers and Front Office Supervisors to ensure a seamless guest experience. Depending on placement, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, escorting them to their accommodations, providing an introduction to the camp, and addressing any requests by liaising with the Camp or Operations Manager.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in shaping their first impression of our company. We expect a warm, friendly, and proactive approach, ensuring that guests feel valued and well cared for throughout their stay. Regular check-ins, personalized interactions, and exceptional service will be key to enhancing their experience.
To excel in this role, you should be outgoing, personable, and capable of handling stressful situations with ease. Strong English communication skills are essential, along with the ability to offer recommendations that enhance the guest experience and contribute to additional revenue opportunities for the organization. Additionally, sound financial acumen is required, as you will be responsible for handling cash and processing payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute daily front office operations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with the Camp Manager, Operations Manager, and Front Office Supervisor.
- Assist in developing and implementing company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Coordinate and manage airport pickup schedules in collaboration with Front Office Supervisors.
- Contribute to revenue growth by identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance guest experiences.
- Process guest bookings, manage check-ins and check-outs, and handle walk-in inquiries.
- Participate in performance evaluations, training, and development initiatives.
- Identify and report areas of the camp requiring renovations or improvements.
- Maintain regular communication with the Sales Team regarding booking updates and guest requests.
- Manage and monitor front office inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar front office or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Solid financial skills, including experience handling payments and cash transactions.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google applications.
- A go-getter attitude with a proactive mindset and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.
