DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough credit checks and assessments for personal loan applications, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze credit profiles, income sources, and financial history to determine the creditworthiness of applicants
- Collaborate with the lending ecosystem, including partners and third-party providers, to facilitate the lending process
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications, making recommendations to management as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit assessments and lending activities
- Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the personal loan application and approval process
- Continuously stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit assessment and lending
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in credit assessment, personal lending, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of relevant financial and credit assessment software and tools
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Continuous learning mindset and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry developments
