Responsibility:

Overseeing tax compliance (monthly & annual all taxes) tax advisory, tax due diligence / tax diagnostic review, managing team and ensure teamwork and deliver deliverable swiftly and within timeline, tax disputes (tax audit, objection, appeal SP2DK, etc. all tax people with experience know exactly about these tax disputes. Liaise with other Departments within RSM (e.g. TA2 (transfer pricing, CB1/CB4, BS, etc.) for combine / collaboration work.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) – Accounting or Taxation (Fiscal) or Business/Finance or Equivalent.

  • Has minimum 1 year in Tax Manager level at consulting firm.

  • Taxation with experience in Oil & Gas industry will be plus point.

  • USKP Brevet pass (minimum B, but A is okay as long as outstanding), will be plus point.

  • Having deep and strong knowledge of Indonesian Taxation.

  • Experienced in various Due Diligence work, Business Structuring – is plus point.

  • Have knowledge in International Taxation, Transfer Pricing (not necessary to be mastering; having general knowledge would also be good).

  • Demonstrated ability to form sound working relationships with wide range of staff.

  • Demonstrated ability to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment; and Flexibility and adaptability in order to work under pressure and meet short- and long-term deadlines.

  • Can work independently but having teamwork personality.
