Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and analytical
Junior Business Consultant

with strong insight into digital transformation and application-based business models. In this role, you will help clients or internal stakeholders identify business needs, translate them into app-based solutions (web/mobile), and provide strategic recommendations that align with their business goals. You will act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams to ensure that solutions are both viable and valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and business processes
  • Advises on how our product can be customized or implemented to meet the client's specific needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations according to client needs
  • Assists in the implementation process, ensuring that the client gets the most out of our product
  • Provides training and support to help clients effectively use our product
  • Achieve target sales & revenue
  • Acts as a point of contact for resolving issues, optimizing the solution, and ensuring client satisfaction

Requirements and skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information System
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and efficiently
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS product and its capabilities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in same role and Welcome Freshgraduate
  • English is a must (both oral and written), Mandarin is Preferrable
