Bar Support is a supporting position in bar operations that plays an important role in maintaining smooth workflow and service. The main responsibilities include preparing beverage ingredients, managing and checking stock availability, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. This position also ensures that bartenders can focus on drink preparation and guest service, thereby maintaining the quality standards and operational efficiency of the bar.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Represent the Outlet positively and maintain professional appearance.

● Set up, operate, and close the bar efficiently.

● Stock and organize beverages, glassware, equipment, and supplies.

● Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and manage requisitions/par levels.

● Keep bar areas clean and orderly at all times.

● Provide friendly guest service, support team members, and escalate issues when needed.

● Control waste, record usage accurately, and store products properly.

● Follow health, safety, security, and Outlet policies; report hazards immediately.

● Perform additional assigned duties to support operations.

● Deliver excellent service and memorable guest experiences.

● Handle guest complaints professionally.

● Understand Outlet products and services.

● Support overall cleanliness and team efficiency.
