About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Finance AR Staff (Mandarin Speaker) to join our dynamic team at PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia. This full-time position is based in our office in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. As a crucial member of our Accounting and Financial Reporting department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring prompt client payments.

What you'll be doing

  • Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor the aging schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients regarding payments.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • 1–2 years of experience in AR/Finance (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • Able to work under pressure with good communication skills
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin
