What you'll be working on:

Job Summary:

As the Sr. Multimedia & Creative Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for digital, social media, and print to strengthen brand identity and support marketing campaigns, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visual content aligned with brand identity for digital & social media (ads, posts, banners) and print materials (brochures, collaterals).
• Create marketing materials, including email templates, landing pages, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop engaging and shareable social media content.
• Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Provide creative support through photography and videography for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content design, graphic design, or digital marketing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and innovative ideas.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Background or strong interest in the financial industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus.
• Ability to assist with social media content publishing.
• Knowledge of web development is advantageous.
