About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Sikara Lombok Hotel as a full-time Spa Therapist. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa and wellness services to our guests, helping them to relax, rejuvenate and unwind during their stay. The role is based at our luxurious spa facility located in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara.

What you'll be doing

  1. Delivering a range of spa treatments and wellness services to guests, including massages, facials, body scrubs and wraps
  2. Ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the spa facilities
  4. Providing product recommendations and advice to guests
  5. Assisting with the set-up and pack-down of the spa area as required
  6. Participating in staff training and development activities

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualification in beauty therapy, massage or a related discipline
  2. At least 2 years' experience working as a spa or beauty therapist
  3. Excellent customer service skills and a warm, friendly personality
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively
  5. Knowledge of a wide range of spa and wellness treatments
  6. A passion for the health and beauty industry
