KOL Campaign Manager bertanggung jawab atas keseluruhan proses kampanye influencer — mulai dari memahami kebutuhan klien, merancang strategi, mengelola komunikasi klien, hingga memastikan eksekusi project berjalan tepat waktu, sesuai brief, dan mencapai KPI yang disepakati.

Posisi ini menggabungkan peran
Account Executive (klien-facing)
dan
Project Manager (internal-facing)
untuk memastikan kesuksesan setiap campaign KOL dari awal hingga akhir.


Tanggung Jawab Utama

  1. Menjadi penghubung utama antara klien dan tim internal (KOL Specialist, Listing, Content, dan Finance).
  2. Mengelola seluruh tahapan project KOL — mulai dari brief, ide campaign, timeline, eksekusi, revisi, hingga laporan akhir.
  3. Memahami kebutuhan klien dan menerjemahkannya menjadi strategi campaign yang efektif bersama tim KOL dan kreatif.
  4. Melakukan koordinasi dengan influencer/KOL dan memastikan output konten sesuai dengan brief & quality standard Dynamic Buzz.
  5. Memastikan seluruh deliverables (konten, laporan, feedback) selesai tepat waktu.
  6. Membuat dan menyampaikan laporan performa campaign kepada klien (post-campaign report).
  7. Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien untuk peluang repeat order dan upselling.
  8. Memantau efektivitas campaign dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
  9. Berkolaborasi dengan tim Business Development dalam pitching dan penawaran campaign baru.
  10. Mengelola administrasi campaign (SOW, kontrak, invoice, approval, dan dokumentasi project).


KPI Utama

  • Campaign selesai tepat waktu dan sesuai scope.
  • Klien puas & repeat order meningkat.
  • KOL deliverables sesuai brief (≥90% valid content).
  • Efisiensi timeline (minim revisi/delay).
  • Tingkat engagement & performance campaign sesuai target KPI.


Kualifikasi & Skill yang Dibutuhkan

  • Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman di agency (KOL, digital marketing, atau brand).
  • Memahami end-to-end process KOL campaign (brief, eksekusi, reporting).
  • Komunikatif dan mampu membangun hubungan profesional dengan klien & influencer.
  • Skill project management yang kuat (timeline, koordinasi, multitasking).
  • Analitis dan terbiasa membuat laporan performa campaign.
  • Menguasai tools: Google Workspace, Notion/ClickUp/Trello, dan AI tools untuk efisiensi kerja.
  • Teliti, proaktif, cepat tanggap, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
