Job Summary :

The Product Development Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. This role involves conducting market research, managing the product lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that the developed product aligns with customer needs and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development Management

  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development.
  • Define product specifications, development timelines, and budgets.
  • Conduct product testing and ensure quality standards are met.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with the engineering team to translate business needs into product features.
  • Work closely with the marketing team on launch strategies and product branding.
  • Support the sales team with product training and promotional materials.

Market Analysis & Product Performance

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to ensure product competitiveness.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Measure product success based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as market adoption, revenue, and customer satisfaction.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure product compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product development or product management.
  • Strong market analysis and product research skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
