Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the product development lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, meeting project milestones, and maintaining timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market requirements.
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to understand hospital trends, customer pain points, and emerging healthcare technologies.
  • Support the creation of product development strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospital representatives, and suppliers, to gather valuable insights and feedback.
  • Track and report on project progress, identify potential issues, and work with teams to resolve challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards throughout the development process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, providing recommendations for improvements or new product ideas.
