PT Predmet Construction is implementing Sage as part of our ERP ecosystem. We need a specialist who can build correct business workflows, translate needs into Sage settings, and train our team to use the system properly. We need someone from Bali or who is ready to come in case we need.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze company processes and map them into Sage modules.
  • Configure Sage based on business needs.
  • Build clean, efficient workflows and SOPs across departments.
  • Train employees on proper system usage (purchasing, inventory, HR, accounting).
  • Prepare step-by-step guides, manuals, and onboarding materials.
  • Test system changes delivered by the Sage Developer.
  • Serve as the bridge between management, users, and the developer.
  • Ensure smooth adoption of Sage across teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as Sage Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or ERP Trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage modules (Accounting, Inventory, Purchasing, HR, Project).
  • Experience building SOPs, approval flows, and ERP-based business processes.
  • Experience training non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in construction or manufacturing is a strong advantage.
  • Available for a project-based work.
