We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful execution of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and delivery to ensure all initiatives meet quality standards, scope, and timelines. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, management, and clients to drive alignment, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Lead and motivate project teams by assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and successful project completion
  • Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks effectively to stakeholders, management, clients, and team members.
  • Identify and analyze project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, schedules, status reports, and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in application development.
  • Strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and reporting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of information technology infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in testing, deployment processes, and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated empathy and interpersonal sensitivity, balanced with firmness in managing expectations and ensuring accountability.
  • Fully available for on-site work at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
