About the role

This Mechanic machine role at PT Widehero Toy Indonesia offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative company within the Engineering industry. Based in KIT Batang, Central Java, this is a contract position where you will play a crucial part in maintaining and repairing the company's machinery.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of machines and equipment example sewing machine, embroidery machine, laser cutting machine etc.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions
3. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machines are operating at optimal efficiency
4. Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records of parts used and work performed
5. Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and maximize machine uptime
6. Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members
7. Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations within the workplace

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
2. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial setting
3. Demonstrable expertise in fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a variety of machines and equipment
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
5. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
7. A flexible and adaptable approach to accommodate changing priorities and demands
