About the Role

We're looking for a Junior SQA Tester (Automation) to join our client's IT team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality through test automation, working closely with developers and project teams to detect and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation in software testing and wants to grow deeper into automation frameworks and QA best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web or mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test cases.
  • Perform regression, functional, and integration testing using automation tools.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs or issues found during testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as an SQA / QA Automation Tester.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Cypress, or Appium.
  • Familiarity with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
