Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quality inspection, registration, and handling of all returned packages in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate the shelving and inventory management of returned packages, ensuring timely processing daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Vietnam customer service team to ensure seamless workflow in the returns process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the Shanghai headquarters to optimize the efficiency of the returns process.
  • Maintain healthy inventory turnover for returns, preventing stockpile issues and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
  • Report weekly and monthly progress to the Customer Service Head, providing updates and process optimization insights.
  • Adapt to global standardized training, and can train local team to operate small appliances reasonably;

Job Requirement

  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa, Mandarin will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations is not required but will be an added advantage
  • Basic computer literacy is required, including familiarity with ERP systems or other digital tools for inventory tracking.
  • Experience in return sorting, stock management, or warehouse coordination will be a plus.
  • Strong communication, execution, and team collaboration skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly, think proactively, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.
