Senior Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Design Associate, you'll take the lead in crafting bold, impactful visuals that drive multi-channel campaigns, shape our brand identity, and inspire millions of hungry customers across Indonesia. You'll balance creative vision with strategic thinking, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers to raise the creative bar every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of strong, strategic visual concepts that power campaigns across digital, retail, and brand channels.
• Translate business goals and marketing briefs into stunning, on-brand creative executions.
• Push creative boundaries — developing fresh, modern ideas while keeping our brand voice consistent.
• Build, maintain, and refine Hangry's visual design system to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Review and evolve brand guidelines to stay relevant with trends and campaign needs.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to deliver visuals that tell a compelling story across every touchpoint.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, helping them grow and deliver high-quality creative work.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet quality, timeline, and brand standards — from concept to final output.
• Continuously evaluate and refine creative materials based on insights, performance, and stakeholder feedback.
• Champion visual excellence and inspire creative thinking across the broader team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related creative field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in fast-paced brands, agencies, or startups.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative versatility — from digital ads and social content to brand campaigns.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video design skills are a plus.
• Sharp eye for detail — typography, layout, and color are second nature to you.
• Ability to balance creativity with business goals, translating briefs into high-impact visuals.
• Experience maintaining and evolving brand guidelines or design systems.
• Proven leadership in mentoring designers and guiding creative execution.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills — comfortable working across teams and feedback loops.
