About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT PFI Mega Life Insurance as a Bancassurance Specialist based in East Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. This full-time position is responsible for driving sales and growth for the company's insurance products through partnerships with local banks.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to cross-sell insurance products
2. Identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
3. Providing expert advice and guidance to bank customers on the company's insurance offerings
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies
6. Contributing to the overall growth and success of the Bancassurance division

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a sales representative or consultant in the financial services or insurance industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with bank customers and partners
3. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
4. Proficient in the local language and English, both written and spoken
5. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as finance, business, or marketing
6. Adaptable and able to work well in a team-oriented environment
