Job Description

  • Manage desk collection team with total team members ~100 people
  • Supervise, develop, and motivate desk collection agents in order to ensure the collection activity runs effectively and efficiently
  • Optimize team member productivity and ensure to achieve the KPI target
  • Responsible to management for the results of the team's work.
  • Ensure that the entire team works in accordance with applicable SOPs and regulations.
  • Conduct investigations and follow up on debtor information and requests, if necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Able to do full WFO from Yogyakarta
  • At least one year experience in management, operations, and leadership.
  • Work attitude and commitment: Accountability, Prioritization, Perseverance
  • Can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
