Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in
IT Outsourcing. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT services, outsourcing models, and project-based engagements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
