Job Description :


• Financial Recording & AdministrationRecord daily transactions from all operational areas (ticketing, F&B, retail, rentals, parking, rides).


• Enter financial data into an accounting system or spreadsheet.


• Manage petty cash and control incoming and outgoing funds.Ensure complete and valid transaction evidence (notes, invoices, receipts).


• Conduct daily reconciliation of ticket sales and non-cash transactions (QRIS, debit/credit).


• Check daily cash discrepancies and coordinate with cashiers/finance for adjustments.


• Ensure all daily deposits match sales reports.


• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.Manage payments to vendors according to SOP (3-way matching: PO – DO – Invoice).


• Create aging reports for AP/AR.Manage billing and ensure timely payments.Prepare monthly financial reports (cash flow, ledger, general journal).


• Assist in the preparation of P&L reports for each business unit (ticketing, F&B, retail).


• Submit reports to the Finance Manager on time.


• Ensure accounting activities comply with company SOPs.


• Prepare documents for internal and external audits.


• Maintain a neat and easily accessible archive of financial documents.

Job Requirements :


• Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• Understanding of basic accounting and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal, or similar).
• Meticulous, neat, honest, and possess strong analytical skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and with detailed work.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (fresh graduates are welcome, subject to company needs).
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
