Role Description

This is an on-site Foreman Mechanic contract role located in Konawe. The Foreman Mechanic will oversee and manage the daily maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and ensure optimum operation. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, liaising with the engineering and operations teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair processes.
  • Expertise in working with Heavy Equipment and a proven ability to execute troubleshooting and problem-solving in the field.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a heavy-duty operations environment.
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills to ensure efficient workflow and task delegation.
  • Certification or relevant technical training in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience as a Foreman Mechanic in industries like mining, construction, or oil and gas is a plus.
