About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Google Ads Manager to join our dynamic team at PT FUTURESTAR International trade' in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive exceptional results for our clients. As a full-time position, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our cross-functional marketing team and make a significant impact on the company's overall digital marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective Google Ads campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimisation to improve campaign performance
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align Google Ads strategies with overall digital marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads best practices, platform updates, and industry trends
  • Provide detailed reporting and insights to key stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of your work
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, sharing your expertise and fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads management, ideally within a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Google Ads campaigns and achieving outstanding results
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of search engine marketing, keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation
  • Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as social media and SEO, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
