About the Role

Jakarta Multicultural School is seeking a skilled and reliable Finance Supervisor (Office Staff) to oversee financial operations and ensure accurate accounting and tax reporting. This role requires attention to detail, integrity, and strong organizational skills to support the school's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day finance operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, including monitoring outstanding balances.
  • Prepare, review, and submit financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to accounting and taxation (including PPh 21 and other relevant taxes).
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and relevant government offices when necessary.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and petty cash management.
  • Support the Head of School and management team with financial analysis for decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to finance staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and tax reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, especially PPh 21.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a school environment.
