Job Description:

  • Memeriksa kebersihan area kerja dan mesin sebelum proses pengemasan dimulai.
  • Memeriksa kesesuaian produk, Lot No. dan packaging material yang akan diproses pada ruang/ area pengemasan.
  • Menyiapkan mesin dan peralatan yang diperlukan untuk proses yang akan dijalankan.
  • Melakukan percobaan mesin untuk mendapatkan hasil yang baik sebelum mesin dijalankan serta mengatur kecepatan mesin sesuai hasil optimal.
  • Melapor dan meminta persetujuan kepada Unit Head/Supervisor bahwa mesin siap dioperasikan dan pengemasan akan dilaksanakan.
  • Memeriksa hasil kemasan secara berkala.
  • Memelihara, mengoperasikan mesin/line dan mengawasinya selama proses pengemasan berjalan dan melakukan pencatatan pemeliharaan/perbaikan.
  • Menyiapkan CPP, dokumen yang diperlukan dan membuat laporan hasil akhir pengemasan (Consummation).

Job Requirement:

  • Minimal Sekolah Menengah Umum / Sekolah Menengah Teknik / Sekolah Menengah Farmasi dan atau yang telah memiliki pengalaman kerja yang memadai
  • Dapat bekerja secara tim ataupun individu
  • Trampil dan teliti dalam hitung menghitung
  • Telah mendapatkan pelatihan dan memahami Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik
