Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Tech Event Coordinator located in Banda Aceh. The Tech Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing tech events, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, handling customer inquiries, and promoting events to attract participants. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and promotion
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in coordinating tech events is a plus
