Elearning Specialist

FDC Dental Clinic is seeking a
Digital Learning Specialist
to support the development and implementation of our digital learning ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS), developing digital learning content, and providing data-driven insights to strengthen talent development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning materials, including microlearning modules, video-based learning, and digital assessments.
• Manage the end-to-end operation of the LMS, ensuring content accuracy, system stability, and an effective user experience.
• Analyze learning data to identify trends, competency gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor learning performance, competency development, and training impact.
• Collaborate with trainers, leaders, and subject-matter experts to maintain the relevance and quality of learning content.
• Support digital transformation initiatives within the Learning Center and contribute to the establishment of digital learning standards across FDC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, Psychology, Human Resources, Information Technology, Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Proven experience in digital learning, instructional design, or LMS administration.
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Data Studio, Power BI).
• Understanding of LMS operations and e-learning standards.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
