About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Officer to join our dynamic team at PT Rigspek Perkasa' in Batam, Kepulauan Riau. As a contract position, this role will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health and accounting integrity of our organisation.

What we're looking for

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar finance and accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in AP, AR, and handling Cash & Bank
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
