About Us

Cognitia is a boutique strategic consulting firm based in Surabaya, Indonesia. We have been helping our clients to formulating strategies, building partnerships, mobilising capital, and implementing programs that have a sustainable economic and social impact. Our services are delivered through 3 business lines: Training and Education, Research and Development, and Advisory and Project Management. As of now, we have served more than 20 clients across diverse sectors, including livelihoods, agriculture, policy, access to finance, DRR, and environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support in the
    brainstorming and development of creative ideas
    for campaigns, social media, website and other communication activities.
  • Create and adapt
    visual materials
    (posters, infographics, short videos, social media content, and digital publications).
  • Support the development of
    presentation designs, website design, templates, reports, and promotional materials
    for the organization or projects (when needed).
  • Coordinate
    with other team members to ensure the outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Candidates based in Surabaya are preferred (as coordination at the Surabaya Office may be required).
  • Active university students or recent graduates from
    Visual Communication Design (DKV), Communication, Multimedia, or related fields.
  • Proficient in design software such as
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Basic
    video editing skills
    are an advantage.
  • Creative, communicative, open to feedback, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to
    work in a team
    and manage time effectively.
