Role Description

We are an IT-focused headhunting firm looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant, who can deliver impactful hires across
IT and non-IT roles
. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building meaningful connections, this role is for you

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a headhunter or recruitment agency environment
    .
  • Strong track record of hiring for
    IT and non-IT positions
    .
  • Excellent skills in sourcing, market mapping, and direct headhunting.
  • Comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation.
  • Execute proactive headhunting strategies for mid to senior-level positions across IT and non-IT industries.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and ensure accurate candidate evaluations.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
