Supervisor Fire Fighting

Job Description:

1. Strong Ladership & team management
2. Responsible maintain fire protection equipment in work area (Industrial), office, etc
3. To manage company objectives and all applicable regulation & standard obligation for Fire Protection, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements
4. To be accountable for the excecution of plans in each of these functions & responsible for preventive maintenance
5. To ensure inspection, test and preventive maintenance procedures conducted by subordinates are done according to applied standard
6. To conduct coordination fire protection preventive maintenance activities with related stakeholder & other Fire & Safety respectives sections
7. To communicate & coordinate with safety & fire emergency services during inspection, test, and preventive maintenance activities to assure all fire protection system are functional properly
8. Maintain the performance and quality of fire protection equipment according to standards without neglect the building architecture based on company's commercial building regulations
9. Conduct building fire protection  equipment inspection, test & preventive maintenance on work area
10. Coordinate with corrective mantenance team for fire protection equipment impairment or break down.
11. Create daily, weekly and monthly reports related to Fire Fighting.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
2. Certified of Competency for Fire Fighting with min Class C to A (BNSP or Kemenaker)
3. Have min 5 Year's experience working in Fire Protection Project or Industry Maintenance on equivalent position, and 4 years experience in similar role as Supervisor Fire Fighting and Fire System
4. Have a knowledge of Life Safety & Fire Protection Code & Standard,
5. Strong in Team Management, Fire Alarm System, Asporating Smoke Detetion System, Foam Based Fire Suppression, Gaseous Fire Suppression, Water Based Fire Protection, Building Management System Integration
6. Be able to speak to groups & communicate abstract concepts
7. Excellent communication skills in English both verbal & written, computer literate & reporting skills
8. Ready to work at remote area (OKI Baung)
