Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship management skills to build trust and effectively convert leads to customers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market research and analytical skills to identify insights and create data-driven strategies
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
- Fluency in English (required); additional language proficiency, especially in Indonesian, is a plus
- Previous sales experience in the real estate industry will be an advantage
- High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude
