The Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. Job Description:

  • Define and develop product pipeline and roadmap to ensure delivery of key business goals
  • Understanding business and operations' needs and pain points with data-driven approach to build product solution
  • Align with stakeholders on the product prioritisation, timeline and progress
  • Ensure the feature being developed according to the requirements
  • Manage on time product release according to timeline and provide feature guidelines to the relevant stakeholders
  • Measure feature adoption/impacts and success metrics to ensure the implementation successfulness on the ground
  • Identify product improvements from the existing features

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable University majoring in Computer Science or related fields
  • Have 1-2 years of Product Management experience, preferably from E-commerce, Logistics, or Tech companies
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken
  • Have sense of ownership, self-learner and adaptable
  • Demonstrate analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Able to align expectation and communication from various stakeholders which includes business team, operations team and regional team throughout the project
  • Interest or experience in leveraging AI to improve product solution
