【JD Young Program Overview】

【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Manage customer-related processes, including responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  2. Analyze and interpret operational data using Microsoft Excel to identify trends and actionable insights.

  3. Prepare, organize, and deliver clear, insightful reports based on data analysis.

  4. Support ongoing projects with accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

【Job Requirements】

1.Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business, Management, Data Analytics, STEM, or other quantitative-related fields. Fresh graduates may also apply.

2.Proficiency in Bahasa (Indonesian) and Mandarinis required for effective communication within the team and with customers.

3.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts).

4.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6.Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
