Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
  • Experience using various analytics software.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Understanding marketing communication strategy from clients.
  • Review, improve and engage social media strategy for new & existing clients.
  • Analyze clients' weakness & strength on their existing social media campaign.
  • Lead the clients' social media internal team to achieve any clients' target, both weekly and monthly.
  • Manage & monitoring every process of clients' KOL Management, KOL submission, from registration to the completion of Contents.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Liaise with internal team to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company's brand identity.
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending social influencer events.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
