We're looking for a Cyber Security Officer who's proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable being on the front line of cyber defense. You'll work hands-on with security tools, monitor threats, respond to incidents, and help strengthen our overall security posture.

This role is perfect for someone who likes digging into logs, tightening controls, securing infrastructure, and constantly learning new security technologies. Your work will directly impact system reliability, data protection, and business continuity.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up, manage, and fine-tune cybersecurity tools to keep our systems secure and reliable.
  • Integrate security platforms such as SIEM (Splunk / XSIAM) and SOAR to improve threat visibility and speed up incident response.
  • Monitor network, server, and database activities in real time to spot suspicious behavior or anomalies.
  • Be part of the incident response team (CSIRT) — investigate security incidents, identify root causes, and support recovery efforts.
  • Run regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments using tools like Nmap, Wireshark, and Metasploit.
  • Assess security risks across on-premise and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, AliCloud).
  • Work closely with IT teams to plan and execute mitigation and remediation actions.
  • Help build a strong security culture by delivering security awareness training, including phishing simulations.
  • Provide advanced technical support and clear documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Create and improve detection rules, monitoring dashboards, and security reports.
  • Stay curious and up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence, and new tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security, or a related field.
  • Around 1–2 years of experience in IT Security, Network Security, or Information Security (Blue Team / Red Team experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of network security, cloud security, and Linux/Windows server administration.
  • Comfortable using tools like Wireshark, Metasploit, and Kali Linux.
  • Nice to have: Security certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, PCNSA / PCNSE, or similar.
  • Able to explain technical topics in a clear and simple way to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team work, learning fast, and protecting real production systems.
